Florida Saltwater Fishing Tackle | Keys, Gulf & Atlantic Season Guide
Florida Saltwater Fishing: Season & Tackle Guide
Florida fishes differently by coast and season, and Magictail's offshore and inshore lines cover all of it — from sailfish on the Treasure Coast to Gulf Stream tuna and marlin out of the Keys.
Peak Seasons by Region
- Atlantic Coast: Sailfish peak December–March off the Treasure Coast and Palm Beach; the mullet run fires up September–October.
- Florida Keys: Best March–July and October–November, with reef, offshore, and flats fishing all producing.
- Gulf Coast: Snook and tarpon peak April–May; the fall mullet run peaks October–November.
- Offshore (Mahi, Tuna, Marlin): Spring through summer across both coasts.
